“ Delightful lattes and breakfast at Vertex Cafe! This was my first time but definitely won't be my last. The latte's were on point in both taste and appearance the food did not dissapoint with EVERYTHING being gluten-free and tons of vegan options. The only thing I longed for was a cozier spot to sit while sipping my latte with a good friend but overall definite 5 experience for me! ”

They do have some food, but we were just there for coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff and atmosphere at the Vertex Coffee Roasters. If you are in Ypsilanti and want the best Capuchino, stop in and check this coffee shop out. ”

The new location is much larger and offers a selection of toasts and sandwiches in addition to the always incredible coffee drinks that we know and love. The sandwiches are really good, as are the side salads. Every ingredient is fresh and of high quality. The coffee is seriously amazing. After multiple trips to NYC and Chicago in which I tried some of the most renowned specialty coffee shops, none have managed to be as consistent and delicious as Vertex. I'm looking forward to the opening of their garden space, and will certainly be back many, many times. I'd give more than 5 stars for every category if I could. ”

The company is supportive of the LGBTQ community and has a welcoming vibe in general. The seasonal drink specials are always interesting and delicious!
